Here's the short version: I spent 20+ years as a product manager in corporate tech — finance, retail, commercial vehicles — and I got tired of being six layers removed from the people my work was supposed to help.

The long version is that I'm someone who likes solving problems directly. In corporate, that gets harder the bigger the company gets. More stakeholders, more process, more distance between you and the person who actually benefits from the solution you built. I wanted to close that gap completely.

AI changed the math. What used to take an agency with a dozen people and a five-figure monthly retainer can now be done with a lean team, the right tools, and the right experience. That's not a pitch — it's just what happened to the industry. And when I saw it happening, I knew it was time.

So I built Solutionaiz for Puget Sound businesses that are doing great work but aren't showing up where their customers are looking. The landscaper whose competitors outrank him on Google because they have a better website. The HVAC company that's invisible to ChatGPT. The cleaning service that hasn't posted on social media in two years.

I know every client by name, and I know what's happening with every campaign. That doesn't mean I do everything alone — I'm building a team and using the best tools available to deliver results. But nothing goes out the door without my eyes on it, and when you call, you're getting someone who actually knows your business, not someone reading from a file.
